Senior LevelACE Green Recycling, Inc. is scaling one of the world’s most advanced battery recycling platforms, and they’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate at the heart of it all. This role involves working closely with the CEO and leadership team to coordinate high-priority initiatives and drive key presentations while contributing to the growth of a global company.

Responsibilities
Serve as the CEO’s strategic and execution partner
Coordinate high-priority cross-functional initiatives (tech, HR, ops, finance, marketing)
Engage with supply chain, technology, and project partners across global locations
Own and drive key presentations (investor decks, board materials, internal strategy docs)
Travel for due diligence, partnership development, project planning — from major metros to industrial sites
Act as the connective tissue between the CEO and all departments, tracking priorities and ensuring delivery
Qualification
Required

Multi-lingual across functions – You can speak to engineers, lawyers, traders, operators, banks and investors — and make sense to all of them

Global mindset – You'll work across time zones, cultures, and markets. You'll travel. A lot

Tech- and AI-savvy – You use modern tools (Notion, Airtable, ChatGPT, etc.) to move faster and smarter
Wants to grow fast – You want exposure to real deals, leadership, and decision-making — and are ready to earn it
Preferred
Experience which could come handy – supply chain, metals & minerals, recycling, commodities, investor relations, preparing board materials, financial modelling, management consulting/investment banking (but should already be sick of it and should want to actually work on execution)
