Responsibilities
Worked alongside senior professionals to execute secondary transactions at every stage of the deal process
Prepared presentation materials tailored for prospective clients
Conducted comprehensive due diligence on potential transactions using various financial and industry analyses
Assisted in creating transaction marketing materials, including financial models, investor presentations, confidential information memorandums, and process letters
Supported the logistics of capital raising and investor due diligence activities, such as managing online data rooms, organizing meetings and calls, handling investor requests, and gathering investor feedback
Maintained multiple information databases and monitored market data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
History of outstanding academic achievement
Effective presentation, communication, and writing skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Highly collaborative and motivated to work as part of a team
Strong quantitative and analytical background
Demonstrated interest in private equity and other alternative investment strategies
Preferred
Experience in modeling and valuation techniques is a plus
