Lufthansa Technik Component Services is seeking a Business Development Sales Account Manager to identify and manage surplus airframe materials and components. The role involves maintaining vendor and customer relations, exploring new business opportunities in the USM market, and ensuring the success of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

Identify surplus airframe and airframe parts from airlines, maintenance facilities, leasing companies, and part brokers
Manage and negotiate airframe material and component packages for purchasing and sale
Maintain vendor and customer relations to sustain business relations with existing business partners
Monitor regional USM market to develop new material sources and find new customer opportunities
Explore business opportunities and projects on USM material packages with vendors and customers; consider reciprocal business
Monitor progress of USM material projects and initiate corrective measures to ensure success
Financial responsibility for all assigned accounts
Support, cooperate, and communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
All other duties as assigned or required
