Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Acura vehicles
Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures and protocols
Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended repairs and provide updates on repair status
Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and education programs provided by Acura
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Dependable and driven personality
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Preferred
Technical or vocational school degree
ASE certifications
