5+ years expTalentsearchpro is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join their customer-focused team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems while providing technical support and training to clients and team members.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including hot water, DX, chillers, cooling towers, fan systems, VFDs, and low voltage controls
Conduct equipment inspections, start-ups, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
Provide technical training and support to clients and team members
Identify opportunities for new services and solutions
Travel within the assigned territory (Dubuque to Waterloo, Burlington, Grinnell, eastern Iowa, western Illinois, Missouri to Minnesota)
Maintain accurate service records using company laptop and mobile systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in industrial or commercial settings
Expertise in VRV/VRF systems, Daikin equipment, and refrigeration service
HVAC license and EPA certification
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical capability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
