Responsibilities
Attend in-office sales and script training sessions (Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.)
Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, and manage CRM records
Engage homeowners inside partnering big-box retail stores to schedule qualified sales appointments
Represent Re-Bath at weekend home shows and community events as needed
Learn the full sales process and, once trained, begin running your own appointments during evenings and weekends
Qualification
Required
Motivated and outgoing personality
Ability to work part-time (20–25 hours per week)
Willingness to learn and follow a structured training program
Ability to engage with customers and generate leads
Availability to attend in-office training sessions on weekdays and Saturdays
Comfortable working in retail environments and at community events
Basic understanding of CRM systems
