Responsibilities
Advise employers and defend complex litigation in court and arbitration
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and meet-and-confer letters
Handle individual and class action wage & hour matters, including PAGA claims
Prepare and review employment agreements, severance agreements, policies, and employee handbooks
Qualification
Required
7–8 years of experience in labor and employment law, with strong California expertise
Proven track record advising employers and defending litigation in court & arbitration
Active California Bar membership or eligibility for admission by waiver
