Responsibilities
Build a 1st-party data strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals
Define how data flows between website → CRM/MA → activation channels
Identify and articulate opportunities for growth, engagement, conversion
Translate strategy into clear slides for a pitch
Improve user flows for engagement & retention
Propose ideas for conversion optimization (forms, CTA strategy, segmentation)
Recommend personalization or audience strategies
Evaluate the customer journey and propose optimization actions
Qualification
Required
Build a 1st-party data strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals
Define how data flows between website → CRM/MA → activation channels
Identify and articulate opportunities for growth, engagement, conversion
Translate strategy into clear slides for a pitch
Improve user flows for engagement & retention
Propose ideas for conversion optimization (forms, CTA strategy, segmentation)
Recommend personalization or audience strategies
Evaluate the customer journey and propose optimization actions
(1st party) Data strategy to connecting with broader reach business goal
Maintaining, managing 1st party database in Mailchimp/Hubspot and integration with websites
Providing proactive consultancy and bringing new ideas for conversion & UX optimization and engagement
Preferred
Experience with at least one (ideally both): Mailchimp, HubSpot
Generally CDP and CRM experience is a very strong plus
