Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 10+ year-old residential HVAC systems
Replace/install coils, compressors, air handlers, drain lines, Freon, and related components
Repair, replace, or install major household appliances (stoves, fridges, washers/dryers, microwaves)
Perform plumbing repairs: sinks, toilets, valves, garbage disposals, water heaters
Complete basic electrical work: fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, and appliances
Execute unit turnovers (make readies): inspections, scopes of work, repairs, and preparation for move-in
Log tasks, photos, materials, and time entries in the property management system (Yardi, RentCafe, etc.)
Prioritize and manage daily work orders professionally
Maintain accurate records, receipts, and weekly reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong HVAC experience
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 10+ year-old residential HVAC systems
Experience in replacing/installing coils, compressors, air handlers, drain lines, Freon, and related components
Experience in repairing, replacing, or installing major household appliances (stoves, fridges, washers/dryers, microwaves)
