Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of matters including employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class and collective actions, and workplace investigations
Work on high-impact, sophisticated labor and employment matters in a collaborative and nationally recognized practice
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of experience (ONLY - 2ND TO 5TH YEAR ASSOCIATES) in labor & employment or complex litigation
Meaningful exposure to employment counseling and litigation at the state and federal level
Outstanding academic background and legal writing skills
Active California Bar membership required
