Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized care plans
Deliver evidence-based therapy to maximize patient function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Oregon Physical Therapist License (upon hire)
BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
