Responsibilities

Schedule LTL pickups and deliveries with carriers
Prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL)
Track all incoming and outgoing shipments
Enter shipment information into warehouse or transportation systems
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
Generate reports for management as needed
Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding shipment status
Monitor shipments for delays, damage, or discrepancies
Work with carriers to resolve issues quickly and effectively
