Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of the Help Guide across gUP products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform workflow designs into interactive experiences that efficiently resolve issues for millions of Google users

Provide guidance on technical and architectural aspects of the AI orchestration from the conceptual phase to delivery. Partner with product engineering teams to accelerate the development and retrofit of APIs

Ensure high-quality output while keeping business leadership informed of status updates. Improve best practices around deploying AI agents to increase efficiency, reusability, and optimize maintenance and delivery of the agentic experiences

Master gTech's tools, advocate for bug fixes and enhancements, work closely with the product engineering team to test features, and implement new features

Leverage Google Cloud Platform CES and Dialogflow tools to deploy AI support experiences

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)

5 years of experience in application or system development

Experience managing executive stakeholders and project management

Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers

Preferred

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

5 years of experience with databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL

Experience deploying AI agents, and with Google Cloud Platform and Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX)

Excellent creative problem-solving approach and investigative skills, combined with a sense of ownership and a proactive can-do attitude

Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams
