1+ years expRegeneron is seeking an R&D Associate working in the field of immunology to join a highly collaborative Immunology & Inflammation team. This role involves executing in vivo experiments in mice and in vitro assays, while supporting a broad pipeline in research.

Responsibilities
Working with the mice and demonstrating proper handling and care, general surgical techniques, and the collection of blood and tissue samples
Cell culture and conducting in vitro experiments
Lab and equipment maintenance and order supplies/reagents to help create a safe, effective and efficient working environment
Develop new methods or technologies and troubleshooting in order to achieve project advancement
Qualification
Required
BS/MS with at least 1-4 years of experience in allergy, asthma or immunology
Proven experience in tissue culture (maintenance of transformed and primary cells)
Proven experience in cell-based assays
Proven experience in flow cytometry
Proven experience in ELISA
Proven experience in MSD
Proven training in the proper handling and care of mice
Proven training in general surgical techniques
Proven training in the collection of blood and tissue samples
Basic computer skills
Experience collecting and analyzing biological data on the computer
Maintenance of state-of-the-art laboratory equipment
Accurate and complete records
Preferred
Experience with GraphPad Prism
Experience with FlowJo
Experience with SoftMax Pro
Experience with Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Workbench software
