New Grad, Entry LevelTalentsearchpro is seeking an Analyst with experience in the Electric Utility industry, specifically with DERMS. The role involves working closely with system users and project teams to develop test strategies, identify business requirements, and manage all aspects of testing and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects
Working with software developers and project teams
Develop Test Strategy
Identifying business requirements
DERMS Functional and Integration testing
Performance testing (Optional)
Writing and executing test scripts
Running manual and automated tests
Testing in different environments including web and mobile
Writing bug reports
Providing objective feedback to software development project team
Proactively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required
Manage, oversees and coordinates all aspects of the project from initial Test planning through completion of project
Manage all interfaces and communication between the vendor, Project Team and business stakeholders identify gaps and implement improved processes where required
Communicate all key aspects of the status report on a regular basis through monthly updates and other updates as critical developments occur
Demonstrated success as a self-starter
Ability to work with a team and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach
Ability to create consensus among different stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project application stakeholders
