CRM Business Admin: Lead-to-Cash (m/f/d)
PTV Logistics is a leading global software company for transportation logistics, and they are seeking a CRM Business Admin to lead the strategy and execution of CRM processes. This role involves designing and implementing CRM workflows across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and best practices.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve CRM business processes supporting the full lifecycle: lead intake → qualification → opportunity management → quoting/approvals → order handoff → renewal/expansion
Develop and maintain scalable, standardized workflows aligned to all revenue teams
Translate business needs into CRM requirements, user stories, and system configurations following CRM best practices
Implement and maintain price lists, product catalogs, discount structures, and related controls in collaboration with Product and other stakeholders
Support discounting and commercial rule implementation to drive consistency and compliance
Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and improvement opportunities in CRM workflows and propose pragmatic optimization opportunities
Create, maintain, and govern CRM process documentation (process maps, definitions, data dictionary guidance)
Maintain a backlog of CRM enhancements, prioritizing based on business impact and operational urgency
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics administration, sales/rev ops, business systems, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience implementing CRM workflows and governance
Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable system designs (objects, fields, stages, automations)
Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and SaaS revenue workflows
Ability to gather requirements and implement them in CRM using best practices experience in Microsoft Dynamics
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written + verbal)
Structured problem-solving, process mapping, and systems thinking
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
Preferred
Experience supporting pricing/discount frameworks in CRM is a plus
Experience with other tool implementation (HubSpot, PandaDoc, etc) is a plus
