Account Manager (Asia Region) - American Trading International, Inc. (ATI)
American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets. The Account Manager will be responsible for sales within the Asian region, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities
Deliver Sales Targets - Achieve regional sales and profitability goals for assigned accounts while maintaining accurate forecasts
Build Strong Client Partnerships - Develop deep understanding of customer goals and strategies. Create joint business plans to maximize opportunities with existing products and launch new ones successfully
Execute Sales & Marketing Plans - Implement sales strategies and promotional programs for your designated accounts and territories
Drive Account Development – Track account performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Identify up-selling opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure execution of agreed plans and reporting requirements
Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, information flow, and issue resolution
Monitor & Report Performance - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit timely reports. Communicate key updates, challenges, and wins to the Regional Sales Head
Lead Business Reviews - Conduct regular meetings and quarterly business reviews with key customers to track progress and align on next steps
Qualification
Required

Sales experience within the Asian region
Ability to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience in identifying opportunities to grow accounts
Proven track record of generating increased revenue
Ability to advocate for client needs internally
