Responsibilities

Perform any or all Glassware Washing functions to include oversight and performance of a variety of complex standard tasks and daily tasks in support of the Glassware Washing department
Assists/fulfills lab requests for glassware via email/RAM requests
Restocks lab cabinets with properly washed/inspected glassware
Maintains glass wash units to ensure proper functionality
Maintains 5S within glass washrooms
Assists with monthly glassware inventory
Provides daily metrics and other required departmental statistics
Delivery/pickup of glassware across campus, when required
Solution/HPLC waste dumping throughout campus
Providing green tagging duties on equipment throughout campus
Performs work assignments accurately and in a timely and safe manner

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Technical positions may require a certificate
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Understanding of GLP/GCP
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong detail orientation
Problem solving/troubleshooting abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to read, identify, and transcribe details accurately
Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations
