Responsibilities
Represent employees in claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, retaliation, and other labor and employment issues
Handle all aspects of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Conduct client consultations and manage case strategy from intake through resolution
Collaborate with fellow litigators and support staff to deliver effective, results-driven representation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey
5+ years litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Passion for representing workers and upholding civil rights in the workplace
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a strong background in employment law preferred
Licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible to waive into PA Bar is a plus
