They are seeking a Land Development Construction Intern to assist with the management of job site functions related to the construction of subdivision lots, while gaining exposure to various aspects of land development and construction processes.

Responsibilities

Assist the Land Development Managers with the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to construction of subdivision lots

Learn and understand the land development process and the schedule

Shadow pre-construction meetings, site walk throughs, inspections, and project supervision trips

Help schedule minor scopes of work and oversee the work as it is being completed

Assist with invoice coding and cost management

Learn how to create a good open working relationship with the homebuilding construction team at your job site – communicate with them as needed for a unified Arbor front

Assist in the bond release process

Help ensure on-site safety as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures

Opportunity to learn more about the general operations of the division both within and outside of the assigned department that will be supplemental to the learning experience
