Responsibilities
Build major customer-facing features across our full stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, Postgres, AWS, Vercel)
Architect the systems that power AI-driven hardware troubleshooting, telemetry ingestion, and agent copilots
Ship fast: from idea → prototype → production — with a high degree of autonomy
Work directly with customers (founders, hardware teams, support leaders) to understand pain points and shape product direction
Set the engineering standard: code quality, velocity, operational excellence, hiring bar, and early culture
Operate like a founder: own problems end-to-end, jump into ambiguous areas, and push the company forward
Qualification
Required
Experience with full stack development (Next.js, TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, Postgres, AWS, Vercel)
Ability to architect systems for AI-driven hardware troubleshooting and telemetry ingestion
Experience in shipping products from idea to production with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to work directly with customers to understand pain points and shape product direction
Strong understanding of engineering standards including code quality, velocity, operational excellence, and hiring
Ability to operate like a founder and own problems end-to-end
