Responsibilities

Advise, equip, and empower clients to make decisions regarding their technology roadmap through effective explanations of technical concepts and Enable's IT stack
Perform project leadership and management responsibilities to ensure that projects are executed excellently
Prepare, propose, and manage client IT budgets and timelines. Communicate with clients to help provide the justification necessary to secure funding for IT needs
Execute the client’s technology roadmap by communicating with the client and internal resources to maintain momentum and hold each other accountable to the agreed-upon strategy
Work with vendors and partners, such as ISPs, copier/printer vendors, software manufacturers, surveillance vendors, etc., including writing and reviewing RFPs for solutions by other providers
Build relationships and engage in Quarterly Partnership Reviews to ensure that Enable is serving the client in their best interest
Keep all relevant parties informed about strategy, project progress, and updates. Act as the point person for these projects
Provide technical expertise during the sales process and assist with proposals and technology assessments

Required

Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area— This is an onsite position
Extensive experience in IT-related fields, preferably among roles involving project and budget management, consulting, or business analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills (with the ability to prepare & present proposals to clients)
Proven ability to build relationships, built on mutual trust, with teammates and clients
Proven ability to lead teams and clients to accomplish clear goals and objectives
High level understanding of small and medium business technologies such as: Cloud services, Microsoft and Apple ecosystems, Wired and wireless networking technologies, Voice solutions
Ability to create unique strategies and solutions for multiple, diverse clients, keeping in mind the unique needs, goals, culture, etc. of each
Ability to learn new technical concepts and their relationships to other technologies rapidly
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, ideally both as a user and an administrator
Ability to undergo and pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws
Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in a related area of study
Experience in a Managed Service Provider and/or consulting environment
Experience directly working in a church or nonprofit setting
Experience with Managed Service Provider tools is a plus: Lifecycle Insights, ConnectWise PSA, Hudu
