Responsibilities
Network Design and Implementation: Designing and deploying robust network solutions tailored to client needs, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations
Systems Administration: Managing server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers
Cloud Services Management: Assisting clients with the implementation and management of cloud solutions, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Security Administration: Implementing and monitoring security protocols and practices to protect client data, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems
Technical Support: Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to clients, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Monitoring and Maintenance: Utilizing monitoring tools to maintain system performance and health; performing regular updates and patch management
Backup and Disaster Recovery: Designing and implementing data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity for clients
Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and support tickets
Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with other IT professionals, such as Help Desk Technicians and Project Managers, to ensure seamless service delivery
Client Liaison: Engaging with clients to assess their technical requirements, provide training, and recommend improvements to their IT infrastructure
