They are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join their retail team, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and expert advice on bird-related products.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products
Retail experience preferred but not required
Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service
Must be able to consistently lift 20-40 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet
Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided)

Required

Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing and weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales

Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred but not required
