Responsibilities

Engaging with clients to comprehensively understand their workflow needs and requirements
Designing tailored solutions on the monday.com platform to optimize client workflows
Fostering strong relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact
Providing comprehensive client trainings on the usage, features, and functionalities of the monday.com platform
Stay up to date with technology trends and applications and with enhancements and new features introduced to the monday.com platform

Required

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail
