Responsibilities
Designing, maintaining, and improving both cloud and on premise IT infrastructure
Ensuring security, system availability, and smooth day to day operations across a range of critical tools and environments
Provisioning user systems
Deploying and supporting services
Maintaining network connectivity
Monitoring system health
Driving automation to streamline internal processes
Partnering closely with engineering teams to support integration
Troubleshooting enterprise applications
Resolving issues that arise in mission driven environments
Incident response
Root cause analysis
Managing hardware and software tickets
Ensuring compliance and documentation standards remain high
Helping shape IT best practices
Improving internal processes
Contributing to establishing scalable standards across the organisation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
3 plus years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering
Active US Security Clearance (Secret required)
Hands on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS
Strong background across Windows, Linux, and MacOS
Experience with identity and access management tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or IAM platforms
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS
Understanding of endpoint security, patching, and data protection
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
TS/SCI security clearance preferred
Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces
