Responsibilities
Managing façade restoration and envelope projects from start to finish
Overseeing scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication
Coordinating internal teams and project stakeholders
Supporting all fieldwork, documentation, and Local Law 11 / FISP compliance
Keeping quality control and problem solving front and centre
Mentoring junior staff and sharing your technical knowledge
Qualification
Required
5 to 8+ years in façade restoration, building envelope consulting, or related A/E roles
Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
Solid understanding of NYC code and FISP/Local Law 11 requirements
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience
Confident with field sketching, technical writing, and report production
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Preferred
AutoCAD experience is a bonus
Driver's licence; scaffold or OSHA certs are nice to have
