Responsibilities

Design, implement, test and launch internal tools for gTech digitization services. Maintain existing tools and hardware infrastructure to support and advance efficiencies and offerings for the operations team to meet partner and customer needs
Operate and work with the regional technicians team
Develop internal databases, reports, and tools to support operations
Analyze work processes to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Collaborate with a global team of support engineers, software developers and operations staff to support a wide range of projects, programs and technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers

Preferred

2 years of experience working directly with hardware systems in a laboratory or industrial setting (e.g., robotics, motor controllers, etc.)
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and working with executive level stakeholders, with the ability to communicate clearly
Experience with photography or imaging equipment
Experience with electro/mechanical assembly
Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix)
Experience with agile software development and artificial intelligence
