Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Promote and sell products or services confidently while maintaining excellent customer support standards
Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
Assist customers with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and client information
Support clients through effective communication, addressing questions or concerns promptly and clearly
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions when applicable
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; basic computer skills are essential
Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills will help you succeed in this role
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information
Preferred
Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous
