The Manager, Financial Systems will oversee the administration and enhancement of finance-based reporting and planning solutions using Oracle EPM cloud applications, ensuring effective financial operations and reporting within the organization.

Responsibilities

Participate in the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of system build, break fixes, enhancements, projects, and other system changes

Assist and support all projects, development, and enhancements related to Oracle EPM applications

Build Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, TM, NRCS, etc.) to support business operations, performance management, and reporting requirements

Support dimension management, metadata design/maintenance, ETL development, and data validation processes

Build and support Business Rules and Groovy scripts for EPBCS

Build Oracle Reports/SmartView templates as required by the business and FP&A department

Provide day-to-day administration, management, and support of Oracle EPM applications

Support daily and monthly financial close processes, annual budget and periodic forecast

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems with experience in financial reporting and/or accounting

4 plus years of experience working with Oracle EPM applications

Implemented at least three EPM applications (either FCCS or EPBCS or both) end-to-end

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Project management skills to work well under time constraints and effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands while prioritizing responsibilities and workload

Knowledge of SQL, OLAP, and data warehousing concepts

Working knowledge of Groovy scripts in Oracle EPM landscape

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent years of experience in a related field

Experience and/or knowledge of the rental equipment industry is an advantage
