Responsibilities

To ensure payments and journal entries are in accordance with corporate guidelines

Reconcile monthly bank statement and payroll data

To ensure the Financial Guidelines are properly followed and executed

Semi-annual filing of the Foreign Agents Registration Act

Medical insurance: staff enrolment/termination (annual enrolment exercise)

Pension: staff enrolment/termination/monthly statements/quarterly reports and annual census

Visa & related issues for expatriate staff

General administrative and office managerial duties of NYO and HK Centre. (includes working with building maintenance and third-party service providers to keep the building operational)
