Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential clients
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies
Provide feedback to internal teams based on client insights and market trends
Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in Salesforce.com
Track and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts
Analyze performance data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
Accountable for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
Accountable for providing actionable insights from market research
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Ensure contracts are negotiated in line with company policies and profitability goals
Adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards in all business dealing

Required

Business Development Management experience
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
