Responsibilities
Building and documenting use cases, to assist in the evaluation of AI
Evaluating and interrogating software solutions for their AI usage
Maintain a strong working relationship with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Information Security and IT Risk Management to ensure that AI utilization aligns with current and future requirements
Work with multiple business lines and departments to help understand their business directives and initiatives and how they work within the Responsible AI framework
Project managing initiatives to ensuring proper documentation and clear status communication to stakeholders
Creating documentation of processes and workflows to assist in automation through AI
Researching AI features/functions and capabilities across the technology landscape
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of related experience
Must have excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal and customer service skills
Need to have a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (preferably in the financial services area) and an appetite to learn
Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are critical
Preferred
An understanding of AI in a regulatory landscape
Previous experience within an Enterprise IT environment
