Responsibilities

Lead the development and refinement of financial and risk models for long-term products

Oversee pricing frameworks, profitability reviews, and assumption updates

Conduct experience studies and support forecasting activities

Collaborate with product, finance, and investment teams to evaluate business strategies

Support compliance, governance, and reporting requirements

Mentor analysts and promote best practices in modeling and documentation

Participate in strategic projects related to product enhancements and financial performance

Required

10–15+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, ideally within life insurance, annuities, long-term protection, or savings products

Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required; Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field

Experience with modeling tools or actuarial/financial projection platforms

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to leadership teams
