HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Associate Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a fast-growing international engineering and technology firm. This role involves managing both U.S. and overseas accounting processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations for the U.S. and support coordination with the Taiwan-based accounting team

Manage general ledger entries, monthly close, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for executive review

Track project-level budgets and actual costs; assist project managers with financial data

Prepare quarterly tax filings (TPT) and support U.S. and international tax compliance efforts

Assist with year-end reporting and liaise with CPA firms for audit or tax filings

Develop and maintain financial procedures and internal controls

Provide ad hoc reporting and financial insights for decision-making

Mentor junior accounting staff and help enforce accounting best practices
