Responsibilities
Shape and execute warehouse strategy supporting company-wide supply chain objectives
Lead digital transformation initiatives — including automation, WMS optimization, and process modernization
Develop long-term capacity and resource plans to ensure scalability and resilience
Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse efficiency
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs to enhance cost, speed, and safety
Partner cross-functionally with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow
Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental standards
Lead and mentor warehouse teams to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience within a production or manufacturing setting
Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain optimization
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
Demonstrated success driving automation, layout redesign, or digital initiatives
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and safety compliance standards
Hands-on leadership style with proven ability to coach and develop teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
