Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web platforms across multiple teams/projects

Make strategic architecture and technical decisions to ensure long-term maintainability and performance

Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices

Drive adoption of modern web technologies and frameworks across client projects

Influence product strategy and client outcomes through technical insight

Ensure operational excellence, code quality, and consistency across complex codebases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges

Required

10+ years of experience building and leading complex web applications at scale

Comfortable making high-level technical decisions and influencing product strategy

Skilled in cross-team collaboration and client-facing technical leadership

Passionate about adopting new technologies, improving processes, and delivering high-impact solutions
