Responsibilities
Building relationships with hiring managers across the tech sector
Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates using the latest tools and platforms
Managing the full recruitment process from first call to placement
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Developing specialist knowledge of the software, data and cloud markets
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (all disciplines welcome)
Confident communication skills and a people-first mindset
Ambition, resilience and the drive to work towards clear financial and career goals
Preferred
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
