Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, and QA
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Analyze requirements and recommend technical solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
Document design, technical specifications, and system processes
Qualification
Required
2–12+ years of experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment
Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, MVC, Web API (for .NET Developer)
Hands-on with Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server (for .NET Developer)
Experience with Azure/AWS, microservices, REST APIs (for .NET Developer)
Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data warehousing (for Data Engineer)
Strong hands-on with Python/Scala, SQL, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) (for Data Engineer)
Experience with Azure Data Factory / AWS Glue / GCP Dataflow (for Data Engineer)
Experience building ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn (for AI/ML Engineer)
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, MLOps, and model deployment (for AI/ML Engineer)
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics (for AI/ML Engineer)
Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend, automation, API development, or application engineering (for Python Developer)
Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI (for Python Developer)
Solid understanding of REST API development, microservices, and integration with external systems (for Python Developer)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) (for Python Developer)
