Responsibilities
5+ years Object-Oriented Programming (C#, C++, Java, or Python) with end-to-end development experience
5+ years hands-on RF test experience (spectrum analyzers, RF generators, receivers, power meters)
Strong understanding of radio/transceiver testing (Tx power, sensitivity, BER, EVM)
Experience building automated test systems from scratch (not just maintaining existing tests)
Comfortable designing test interfaces, harnesses, and automation
Strong documentation skills (requirements, test plans, procedures)
Able to mentor junior engineers and own problems independently
Qualification
Required
