Responsibilities

Manage the work activities, performance, and development of the program team

Act as a referral resource for underwriting and operational issues

Work with senior management to monitor and achieve profit and growth goals

Collaborate with senior management, carriers, HR, marketing, accounting, IT, and outside vendors, to address program issues and strategies

Ensure that all internal controls and procedures are followed – manage underwriter authority

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve operations and achieve goals

Oversee quality review and file audit process

Manage an assigned book of business as needed

Build on niche expertise and monitor relevant issues affecting the business

Work with senior management on various projects as needed
