Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and efficiency of pricing processes
Analyze pricing data and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of pricing initiatives
Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders
Explore alternative solutions to pricing challenges and recommend appropriate actions
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
5-7 years relevant experience in finance, pricing, payments, strategy, banking, consulting, investor relations, equity research, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong financial analytical skills. Excel is required, SQL is preferred but not required
Strong communication and presentation skills - Support leadership in synthesizing highly complicated / nuanced ideas and communicating them in ways others can easily understand (both oral and written)
An understanding of payments product & technology is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role
Highly dependable, with ability to drive things to conclusion in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
Proactive, resourceful and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
