Prepare and assemble tax return packages
Communicate with clients to ensure timely processing
Organize and manage incoming workflow
Scan and maintain digital records
Update tracking spreadsheets for tax return progress
Assist clients with document signing and payment processing (as needed)
Maintain filing systems and file room organization
Provide occasional office upkeep
Qualification
Required
1+ years in an office setting within financial services
High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with printing/scanning processes
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
Reliable and punctual
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Citrix experience is a major plus
