Responsibilities
Develop and execute a forward-looking QA strategy aligned with organizational goals
Champion quality as a business enabler across functions
Shift the team from reactive quality control to proactive quality assurance
Reorganize team roles and responsibilities to optimize strengths and address gaps
Lead, coach, and mentor QA engineers to build cross-functional capabilities and foster culture of continuous improvement
Partner with the existing manager to optimally leverage subject matter expertise
Introduce scalable QA processes, automation, and tools to support innovation and compliance
Drive improvements in CAPA, ISO readiness, supplier audits, and product quality
Implement and improve metrics and dashboards to monitor quality performance and stakeholder satisfaction
Increase trust and reputation through consistent delivery, transparency, and responsiveness
Lead monthly quality syncs with cross-functional teams to review critical metrics and drive continuous improvement
Serve as the voice of quality in leadership forums and strategic planning
