Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain assigned customer accounts in adherence to Crown policies

Assist Sr Credit Manager with credit analysis for new and existing customers

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate efficient collections and resolve payment disputes

Investigate and resolve outstanding balance issues

Monitor and manage shipment hold/releases

Collaborate with business unit to resolve disputes/customer claims

Respond to customer credit inquiries

Provide additional support within Credit Department
