Responsibilities

Expertly prepare, cook, and fill our signature product using specialized equipment (dough stretcher, griddle, etc.), strictly adhering to quality and food safety regulations

Perform all opening and closing procedures, maintain optimal supply levels of raw materials in the kitchen (following FIFO rules), and ensure production readiness during peak hours

Efficiently take customer orders, handle various payments (cash, card, vouchers), and perform accurate cash register opening/closing procedures. Resolve customer issues professionally, involving management as needed

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and order in all areas—kitchen (equipment, worktops, cold storage), dining areas, and employee spaces—throughout the day, following detailed cleaning schedules and logging temperatures

Carefully inspect incoming goods, verify delivery notes, and store products correctly in the warehouse
