Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Office Manager for their Summit Family Practice. The Clinic Office Manager will oversee clinic productivity, billing processes, and patient records while managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide oversight of clinic productivity
Accurate/timely billing processes
Maintaining of patient’s clinic records
Maintain adequate cash flow
Monitor and control overall clinic costs
Motivate staff
Delegate duties
Solve problems and manage conflict and crisis situations
Generate reports
Perform payroll procedures
Promote information management
Maintain customer satisfaction
Perform general clerical duties
Prepare correspondence
Answer phones
Relay messages
Communicate information
Check hospital e-mail frequently for updates and notifications
Maintain an organized work environment
Demonstrate accurate oral and written communication skills
Use office equipment efficiently
Utilize the hospital computer system to manage data entry and correspondence
Perform general receptionist duties if needed
Fill in at other clinics as a manager if needed
Assist with orientation and preceptorship of other personnel assigned to clinic
Attend yearly mandatory education requirements
Qualification
Required
graduate of associate degree in business
ability to maintain adequate cash flow

demonstrates successful completion of pre-employment skills testing
able to work and relate in a professional, non-defensive manner with peers, physicians/nurse practitioners, administration, patients, and visitors
attendance to yearly mandatory education requirements is nonnegotiable
