The role focuses on developing contractor relationships, ensuring project execution excellence, and driving continuous improvement in performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with our roofing and solar install partners across assigned territories
Performance Management: Hold contractors accountable to SLAs, project timelines, and quality standards while helping them improve scheduling and throughput
Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-performing partners to expand capacity and improve coverage
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between Remi and enterprise partners to maintain alignment, share updates, and resolve issues quickly
Pipeline Oversight: Maintain organized and accurate project pipelines with consistent updates across Remi and enterprise platforms (CRM, dashboards, trackers, etc.)
Process Improvement: Identify gaps, share best practices, and help refine processes that improve contractor success and customer satisfaction

Required

Proven experience in contractor or vendor management (roofing, solar, or construction preferred)

Experience using CRM or project management tools and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
A proactive, team-first mindset and attention to detail
