INFO ORIGIN INC is a large enterprise IT organization seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join its Edge Networking team. This role involves supporting network operations, planning, designing, and maintaining enterprise LAN/WAN and edge network environments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure, including:

Switches, routers, firewalls

SD-WAN edge devices

Wireless and cellular-based network systems

Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and advanced issue resolution using industry-standard tools

Assist with LAN/WAN planning and design, including capacity planning and technical diagrams

Support deployments, upgrades, and related change management processes

Document work and track incidents using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy

Provide Tier 2 support during major network events or outages

Evaluate new technologies and contribute to hardware refresh cycles

Ensure network designs meet all security requirements

Create and maintain Visio network diagrams and configuration documentation

Support remote IT staff and agency teams with network-related issues
