Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and consultation to faculty and researchers on how to leverage the Nvidia SuperPod to accomplish their research goals
Be involved with design and program development, including planning, directing, and evaluating AI technology infrastructure and solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field
10 years of related experience in information technology
Must be a United States citizen, permanent resident, or a person granted asylum or refugee status in accordance with 15 CFR, Part 762; 22 CFR 122.5, 123.22 and 123.26; and 31 CFR 501.601
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong public speaking, organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills
Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with people
Demonstrated ability using change and configuration management strategies
Demonstrated ability to build consensus amongst stakeholders
Ability to perform analysis of complex systems, including financial projections and cost modeling for computational systems
Knowledge of programming methods and techniques for parallel, GPU, and FPGA computation

Preferred

Masters and Doctorate degree in the STEM field
15 years of related experience in information technology
At least 2 years of experience in AI systems
Experience developing, writing, being awarded, implementing, and administering NSF and NIH grants
Experience with managing teams that operate High Performance Computing and Storage systems and services
Experience with core IT security activities such as risk management, security architecture, communication and network security, identity and access management, and software development security
